FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: On purchases UNDER $15,000 - Cash, Check WITH PHOTO ID, Credit Card, Wire Transfer. THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON PURCHASES OF $15,000 AND OVER IS WIRE TRANSFER. We will not charge a fee for wire transfers but the bank you are wiring the money from will. You will need a paid receipt before you are able to remove your items from the lot. Items not paid by SAT OCT 26 AT NOON will be automatically charged to your credit card you registered with. PICKUP & LOADING FRIDAY OCT 25TH 10AM-5PM SATURDAY OCT 26TH 10AM-NOON ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP BY SAT OCT 26 AT NOON. Pickup Location 30226 432nd Ave Lesterville, SD. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Please present your paid invoice to load. This is your notification if you leave your items for 1 week without making other arrangements with us. Loader on site for loading during the designated times at no charge. If you come outside of the designated times of pickup there will be a charge for loading. The Information Lead of each lot tells you what you are bidding on. The description explains what is included in each lot. The pictures of each lot are only a reference and other items may be in the background of the photos. It is the bidders responsibility to contact County Road Auction & Sales if you are in question as to what is included in the lot. Winning bidders will receive an email with the invoice attached as to what lots you won and balance owing. This will be your notification. On Hibid, once the lot is sold it will read, You May Have Won or Outbid. In the case of two persons entering the same maximum bid, the person to enter their maximum first time wise is the winning bidder. Your formal notice that you were the winning bidder is by email with the attached invoice. County Road Auction & Sales reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. If the reserve had not been met on that item you were not the winning bidder. You will be emailed the invoice of what lots you have won. Please check your spam folder to alleviate confusion. There is no shipping provided for this auction but we do have local folks you can hire. Payment on purchases UNDER $15,000 can be made thru Cash, Check WITH PHOTO ID, Credit Card, Wire Transfer. THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON PURCHASES OF $15,000 AND OVER IS WIRE TRANSFER. We will not be charging a fee for wire transfers but you will have to pay a fee from the bank where you are sending the payment from. If you wire the money you are unable to pickup until the money hits our bank account. Payment is due by SATURDAY OCT 26 AT NOON . Payments can be brought to auction lot when picking up your purchase during the designated time.
