These are the terms & conditions of an AMWeSellForYou Online Auction: All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed, please look at all pictures. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Buyer's 2.5% premium rate charged. We are not responsible for accidents. We accept cash and the card that you register with. (Must authenticate CC to participate in our online auctions). Your card on file will automatically be charged following the close of the auction if you have not told us that you are paying with cash. All sales are as-is and final. No returns. No refunds. Bring help and appropriate vehicle for large items Be respectful or everyone picking up, our parking lot is small The only available days and times for pickups are the ones listed on the auction. If you do not pick up your items during the listed day(s) and times, then you forfeit your items and will not receive a refund. If you require shipping, you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with it, along with telling us that you will need shipping before the end of the last pickup day. If you do not notify us of your shipping needs before the end of the pickup times, your items will no longer be available to you, and you will not receive a refund. If you request shipping, you give AMWeSellForYou the right to have one of our local shipping services--typically Rapid Ship Republic--package and ship your items, and you agree to pay for all expenses associated with that process. There will be a seperate invoice sent to you for the shi[ping charges. No refunds if shipping ends up costing more than you were expecting. You also agree that AMwesellforyou is not responsible for any damage to the items that may occur due to shipping. In the case of damaged items, you are responsible for dealing with the shipping company yourself.
