HST is added to the purchase price, 15% buyers fee and additional 2% will be added to invoices paid by credit card. There is a maximum amount of $3000 accepted by Visa or MasterCard.Invoices will be emailed on the Monday following the sale. Once paid for in full, buyers will receive a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready).There will be a $75 license fee added to all vehicle sales contracts.Auction bidding opens on Wednesday October 16/2024 at 7:00 am and a soft close starts at 1:00 pm on Sunday October 20/2024.All sales are final, everything is selling “AS IS WHERE IS”.This is an Online Bidding Only auction format. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition or description details listed on each and every item in the auction.ALL BIDS ARE FINAL.There is a buyers premium of 15% on ALL ITEMS.We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding.All vehicles and items are subject to sellers approval. If you are the winning bidder on any item at the end of the sale, you have 3 days from the end of the sale date to arrange for full payment and pickup of your item at our location 1696 Bloor st Courtice Ontario ( big red auction barn at the Courtice Flea Market) Pick-up is ONLY to begin on Monday October 21st from 10-5pm, Tuesday October 22nd from10-5pm and the last day for payment and pickup is Wednesday October 23rd from 10-5pm following the sale (No pick-up will be available on sale day or the weekend) If any items sold remains on site after the 4th day period, then the credit card on file will be charged automatically with a 2% non payment fee attached to the balance.
