These tractors are stored indoors at three different locations, each within a couple of miles of Steele. If you are a winning bidder, we will email you with the location of your items with your invoice.
We will have an opportunity to inspect the tractors on September 30 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at 3340 23rd Ave SE, Steele ND.
Pickup for this auction is October 5 from 9am to 11am. This is the only pickup time available. Buyers will be responsible for loading their own equipment.

Buyers Premium: The buyer's premium for this auction is 10%.
Location: This group of tractors is stored in three separate locations all located within a couple of miles of Steele, ND.
Pickup and Loading: Buyers are responsible for loading. We will not have any equipment or personnel on site to assist with the loading process.
Failure to Complete a Purchase: We incur fees when you bid and/or win an item in our auction, therefore we pass fees on to you if you fail to complete a purchase on an item you have won. If you win an item and fail to pay for it or, in general, cause a failure to complete the transaction, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply and you give us permission to charge the relisting fee to your card on file.
Declined Credit Cards: If your card on file declines for an attempted charge, we may charge a decline fee of $10 per attempt to charge your card, for a maximum of five attempts. You give us permission to charge your card on file for those decline fees. You agree that card decline fees, cancellation fees, relisting fees or any other fees will be paid even if you don't pay for or receive the items that you won. You agree that said fees will be paid first and before any monies collected will be applied to your purchase.
Collecting Invoices: You give us permission to charge your card in increments smaller than the total due in an attempt to collect your entire invoice balance. You also give us permission to apply those smaller payments toward card decline fees, storage fees or relisting fees if applicable.
Credit Card Disputes: If you dispute any of the charges that you have agreed to, a $200 dispute fee will be charged to your card on file. You give us permission to charge that fee to your card on file and you agree that the dispute fee will be paid even if you don't receive your merchandise. This covers our time and expense in submitting paperwork to the card processor in order to recover our money.
Bidding On Our Site: We may have multiple items of the same lot available, so we may accept your bid on a lot even if you're not the high bidder. Do not place a bid unless you intend to purchase the item. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. Do not share your log in information. Do not leave your computer open while you are logged in to our site. If someone else uses your login or your computer, you agree that you have granted permission to that person and you agree that you are responsible for any bids that are placed through your account. We reserve the right to accept or reject your bid for any reason. If we have accepted your bid, you will receive a paid receipt along with instructions for next steps usually within 24 hours of the auction close. Some of the items in this auction will sell with reserve. We do not disclose which items have reserves nor do we share that reserve with you. We may cause our software to bid up to the amount of that reserve in order to keep the item from selling under the reserve price.
Failure to Pay: If you cannot pay for your winning bid, you may opt to pay a relisting fee of 25% of the total invoice. If you refuse to pay your invoice, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice.
