Terms and Conditions: BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. Online Bidding: This is a timed, Online-only Auction; the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last 5 minutes before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 3 minutes. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more.
Each online sale will have it's own terms and conditions, please read them over carefully. Please pay special attention to the public preview times and pick up times for items purchased.
No Warranties
All sales are AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Bidder has had the opportunity to inspect all sale items and bidder agrees to solely rely on his inspection and own due diligence. All sales are final. Bidder will not be entitled to any adjustment, allowance, or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of any item purchased. Item descriptions and multiple photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible; however, photos may or may not fully represent the item. Lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo; therefore, all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. Dimensions are included whenever possible.
Auction Site
ALL BIDDERS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK. Bidder agrees the auction site is potentially dangerous because of heavy equipment operation. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site.
Risk of Loss
Once auctioneer accepts the highest bid, any item is then sold. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item and buyer agrees to obtain full liability insurance coverage for the item as may be required by law.
Titles
Titles are not available on sale day and will be mailed to purchaser, approximately 10 business days after satisfactory settlement. No titles will be available if vehicles are marked "No Title". Title may be picked up at our office or delivered by certified mail. A bill of sale will be issued on auction day.
