A $1.00 charge will be charged to verify a credit card. The fee is released once the credit card is verified. 4. Items need to be picked up by the scheduled date, item(s) will not be held for you. If you are a no-show, item(s) will be forfeited. No refunds. Doodlebugs has final say in all auction sales. 5. Please bring your paid receipt with you to pick up, will receive this via email. If you send someone to pick up your items, be sure they have that receipt copy & know what they are picking up. Not responsible for any items left behind. See staff prior to leaving to ensure you have all items. Lots must stay together, do not leave behind items. Signup Genius link will be shared on Facebook after auction to schedule your pickup time. First come, first serve on times. 7. When you bid, you enter into a binding contract. If you have the winning bid on any item(s), your credit card will be charged once auction has ended. Bids cannot be removed, charged or lowered once placed. There are no credit card charge backs. 8. Buyer is responsible for their own help. Bring able people to help remove all purchased items. **BE PREPARED with manpower, wrapping materials (bubble wrap/paper) boxes, bags, TOOLS, hand cart & a large enough vehicle to fit all your items.
