Terms and Conditions for Integrity Estate and Moving Sales & Online Auctions LLC
All sales are final. Shipping will be done USPS. Every effort will be made to have items shipped within 5 days of auction ending. Shipping cost is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 for all items shipped and will be charged on the final invoice. All lots will be mailed out unless prearranged prior to auction ending.
Payments must be made within 48 hours of the auction ending. No specified warranties on any item sold through this auction. Every item is sold as is or as seen through the photos shown in the auction. Integrity makes no claims as to the grading of any item sold. No refunds or exchanges
1. **Acceptance of Terms**By participating in this online auction, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.?
2. **Eligibility**?Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.?
3. **Registration**?Users must register and provide accurate, complete information. Each user is responsible for their account's security and all activities that occur under their account
4. **Auction Process**?- **Start and End Times:** All auctions have specified start and end times.?- **Bidding:** Bids must be placed in the specified currency and meet or exceed the minimum increment. The highest valid bid at the time of auction closing will be deemed the winning bid.?- **Reserve Price:** Some items may be sold with a reserve price. If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold.?
5. **Payments**?Winning bidders must make full payment within 48 hours of auction close. Accepted payment methods will be listed on the auction page.?
6. **Item Descriptions**?Items are sold as described. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.?
7. **Withdrawal of Items**?The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction without prior notice.?
8. **Dispute Resolution**?In case of disputes, Integrity Estate and Moving Sales Auctioneer reserves the right to make the final decision.
?9. **Liability**?Integrity Estate and Moving Sales, LLC is not liable for any errors in bidding or technical issues that may affect the outcome of the auction.?
10. **Amendments**?These terms and conditions can be amended at any time by Integrity Estate and Moving Sales with changes effective upon posting on the auction site.? 11. **Governing Law**?These terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas and the United States.
