Description
- Both trailers DO NOT HAVE WHEELS AND ARE SITTING ON THE GROUND OR LOGS. You can come look at both trailers by appointment. 502-510-3140 - Will have to move the one closest to the road first and this is non negotiable and everything in that trailer goes with it. The second trailer we have used for the last 5 years for storage and it has just a couple of small leaks and we will remove the lumber out of it before you come get it. You will have 2 weeks to remove after the auction. Again when removing the trailers you will have to remove the one closest to the road first and then the one towards the back of the property

Auction pickup will be Saturday September 14 @ 10am-4pm Only Failure to pickup items on pickup date will forfeit items and there is NO REFUNDS We will try to post a preview date closer to auction date and you can checkback later 10% Buyers premium added to high bid and Ky sales tax 6% will be added to determine total Everything is being Sold As-Is with No warranties or guarantees
