We hold several individual weekly auctions, which are timed so that the live auction portion will take approximately 1 hour per 100 coins. These are standalone auctions, and each sale is invoiced separately. Check out each of our sales for more great coins.
Our terms are very simple. We offer a wide range of coins and numismatic items for auction. If you win the coin and pay quickly, we will ship right away. By registering and bidding in our auction, you agree to the following terms:
There is a buyer's premium of 15% for Visa & Mastercard payments. The premium can be reduced to 12.5% if you pay by ACH, bank wire, or check. The reduced buyer's premium can be applied to e-check payments ONLY IF YOU CONTACT US FIRST to adjust your invoice.
You can check out with a credit card directly through your emailed payment link, or email us for other payment options. Please pay as quickly as possible. For all invoices that are not paid by the bidder, we will charge your HiBid card on file for the invoice amount. Please note that invoices that are awaiting payment by check/e-check/wire transfer that are not paid in a reasonable timeframe may be billed to your credit card on file with the usual credit card fee.
Our coins are certified by third parties, and are sold as is. Our pictures are very clear, and you will receive the exact coin you bid on. All coins have a lifetime guarantee against being counterfeit. If you are not satisfied with the coins you've purchased, we accept returns for a full refund subject to the following terms: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your coins to initiate a return. Returns are accepted only if the coin is in the original holder in which it was purchased. Returns based on the grades returned by any grading service you may submit to cannot be accepted.
Grading services are beyond our control, and we do not guarantee current or future grading in any way. Submitting coins for grading is at your own risk. "Price guide" information comes from PCGS and is not a guarantee of resale value. We do not guarantee grading or resale value, and returns for any reason related to grading or resale are not accepted. No refund can be made if merchandise is not returned to us.
Central Florida Coin Auction sells coins owned by third party consignors. We do not grade or evaluate the coins we sell, and we represent and market the coins in our auctions using the grades, descriptions, values, and other information provided to us by our consignors.
In the event of a listing error, such as a coin not matching the HiBid title/description or holder information, we will always try to satisfy the bidder, but reserve the right to cancel the sale.
Shipping Rates:
$7 shipping – up to $300 value
$10 shipping – $301 to $1000 value
$20 shipping – over $1000 value
$40 flat charge for Fedex shipping (optional, please ask)
$10 additional for USPS registered mail*
*We may require registered mail shipment in some cases, such as for invoices of $5000 or more or at our discretion.
