By registering for this auction, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first-time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction enthusiast should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won under $500. All auctions won with a bid above $500 must be paid for via wire transfer on the same day as auction closing. This will include a 10% buyer’s premium and 6% state tax. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed. Shipping is to be arranged through third party at the expense of the bidder. Logistics and warehouse procedures to begin day following auction, shipment pickup most likely to begin 2 business days following auction close. We have 5 DESIGNATED DAYS for pickups for each auction: Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM. We are closed on Saturday/Sunday. Proper and proactive communication will be needed in order for us to get your pickup ready for you. If pickup is selected, all items that are not picked up by Friday at 4:30 PM following auction close will be considered abandoned. A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items. You may make arrangements by emailing. All sales are final.
