Piddle Crick Hill Auctions present the second in a series of online auctions to liquidate the remaining assests at Chesterfield Mall. Items in this auction include AMC Movie Memorabilia and movie theater equipment, Speakers, the Easter Bunny Gazebo, Chesterfield Mall signs, original blueprints and various mall memorabilia, Indian and Turkish rugs, store contents salvage rights, office furniture & equipment and a lot more. More items will be added daily.

REGISTRATION Complete and accurate online registration through HiBid is required prior to bidding. Auction registration must be made at least 24 hours before auction starts so be sure to register early to assure your approval for bidding during the auction. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. PCH Auctions has sole discretion as to who can and cannot place bids. 2. LOT CATALOG Every item is sold "As Is, Where Is and with All Faults". All items unless specifically stated are untested. Lot descriptions are for simple identification purposes only and are believed to be accurate. We do our best to describe each item accurately, but it is up to the bidder to satisfy themselves as to value, condition, and size. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. If the description does not match the picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. No representations are made to the authenticity, age, origin, or value and the auctioneer makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All measurements, weights & sizes are approximate. Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not have been called out. Any display props or mannequins used to display items are not part of the lot unless specifically stated and remain the property of PCH Auctions. Auction Company assumes no liability for error, omissions, accurate weights or measures, additions and/or deletions in the auction catalog. 3. BIDDING The buyer relies solely on his/her own judgment when bidding. Please take advantage of the opportunity to preview and inspect the items prior to bidding as all bids made are final and subject to these terms and conditions. Everything will be sold to the highest bidders, in accordance with the auction company's Bidder Contract, which is available on the site or online. There will be an 18% Buyer's Premium added to the final high bid amount. The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection or removal of any item up to the time of final sale. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins. 5. STORE CONTENTS SALVAGE RIGHTS When the salvage rights to a store are auctioned off items are limited to retail fixtures, shelving, lighting, doors, gates, glass, restroom fixtures, ceiling tiles, flooring and items specifically pictured in the listing. Nothing beyond store walls or ceiling are included, in addition any electrical equipment or hot water heaters are not included unless specifically mentioned. If you have questions as to specific items please let us know before bidding. 6. WINNING Emails are sent at the conclusion of the auction to verify and confirm purchases with an invoice. If your account shows you as the winner of an item, and you do not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, please contact us. Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. 7. SHIPPING THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON THIS AUCTION 6. PICK UP & ITEM REMOVAL Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of PCH Auctions. All parties involved in removal of items are required to sign a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. No children or pets are allowed at the auction site during inspection or removal. All bidders enter the auction removal site at their own risk. Any accident or harm caused is not the responsibility of the auctioneer or the consigner. Removal of items will take place during designated times determined by the auctioneer. Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, disconnecting any gas, water or electric lines, disconnecting, taking apart, and removing all items from the premises. Buyers must bring tools, dollies, forklifts, tools, equipment, and personnel to remove the items during the scheduled removal times. If a bidder fails to remove an item with in the time frame allowed, PCH Auctions and its consigners reserve the right to deem the item abandoned by the bidder and the bidder will lose any rights to that item. In the unlikely event an item is not available for pickup, an item was falsely represented, or seller will not release an item, the buyer must notify PCH Auctions by email at vince@pchmercantile.com within 24 hours of the pickup date. After 24 hours, the auctioneer and buyer agree that no adjustment or refund will be made. The auctioneer's and seller's liability are limited to the purchase price plus applicable buyer's premium for an item. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Buyer shall restore and repair all real and personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of Buyer's removal of the Goods. PCH Auctions shall have no responsibility to disconnect utilities to the sold asset, including electric, gas, waste and water lines. Buyer is solely responsible to properly remove and store in appropriate containers all fluids, oils, hazardous chemicals, etc., from machinery purchased. Buyer does hereby indemnify PCH Auctions and TSG Properties/Downtown Chesterfield Redevelopment LLC the owner of the premises in which the Goods are located, from any and all claims, damages, and losses arising from Buyer's actions or actions with respect to the Goods and Buyer's presence on the premises in which the Goods are located, including without limitation, injuries to persons or property and environmental violations or contamination. Risk of loss on any Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon payment in full to PCH Auctions of all sums due from Buyer in respect to the Goods. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. It is the buyer's responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises and must sign off on the invoice which will be kept by PCH Auctions for proof that you got your items. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company cannot be responsible for items after they leave the facility. Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and/or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, Employees and TSG Properties/Downtown Chesterfield Redevelopment LLC harmless for any personal injury to himself and/or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
