Spark Craft llc or the Owner reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone who has defaulted on payment or has not honored bids at previous auctions. *Any totals over $1,000.00 must be made by CERTIFIED CHECK OR CASH at time of checkout , unless previously approved by Spark Craft llc Bids CANNOT be retracted once placed, Once you bid it is a binding contract. ALL successful bidders must come during set pickup hours. Items not picked up in the pickup time will be come property of the Auctioneer, and will be disposed of at their discretion .
