All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. CONDITION as well as WORKING CONDITION of all merchandise is UNKNOWN and all items are sold only with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

PLEASE DO NOT BID if you DO NOT intend to purchase and pay for the item, or if funds are not readily available, or if you are unable to pay by 3pm CST of the following day of the auction close.
ALL bidders/buyers agree, that the act of registering and submitting a bid is a LEGAL and BINDING contract, and the bidder constitutes the acceptance of each and every term and condition contained herein, and GUARANTEES that he/she will PAY for the items that they are the winning bidder.
Failure to pay for any auction purchases will result in being permanently banned and bidder will lose all privileges to register, bid and purchase any items from any of our future auctions.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
• If Payment is NOT received or other arrangements made within 24HRS of auction closing, all purchases plus admin fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Refunds will NOT be given.
• CASH is accepted from 10am – 3pm of the day following auction close, unless other arrangements are pre-arranged and agreed on.
Buyer must bring exact change if paying by cash.
A valid driver’s license is required with all payments.

REMOVAL:
All items MUST be removed, without damaging any property, by the advertised deadline, unless other arrangements are agreed upon between AAA Auction/United Surplus Auctions and the Buyer.
Loading Equipment and/or Assistance IS NOT Provided. Buyer MUST bring any Trailers, Dolly’s, Carts, Straps, Chains, Binders and Any Loading Assistance Needed.
If the purchased items are not removed by the advertised deadline or the agreed upon arrangement between AAA Auction/United Surplus Auctions or the Seller and the Buyer, Buyer will forfeit all money paid and items will be re-listed, re-sold or returned to service without notice and with no recourse.

TITLE PAPERWORK:
AAA Auction/United Surplus Auctions are required by Arkansas State Law to complete ALL titles and paperwork with the appropriate Bidder information.
WE WILL NOT LEAVE TITLES AND PAPERWORK BLANK – NO EXCEPTIONS!
SOFT CLOSE:
All items are scheduled to close at a specific time. However, we use an AUTO EXTEND or a SOFT CLOSE feature on ALL our online bidding platforms. Therefore, bidding will remain OPEN on any item that receives a bid within a pre-determined time, prior to the scheduled closing time. Every time a bid is placed, a time extension will be added to the original closing time and to each extension closing time.
EXAMPLE…if the pre-determined extension time is set for “5” minutes and an item is scheduled to close at 1pm, and a bid is placed between 12:55pm and 1:00pm, the closing time will be extended by “5” minutes or 1:05pm. If a bid is placed within the next “5” minute interval, then bidding close time will extend another “5” minutes or 1:10pm, etc. When a “5” minute extension interval has passed without any bids, then the item will close and no more bids can be accepted. You may need to frequently, “manually refresh” your browser during the extensions to see all other bids placed and verify you are still the high bidder.
ANTI-SNIPING:
Some auction platforms allow and even encourage “sniping”.
definition of “SNIPING” is…
the act of bidding on an item, literally seconds before the auction ends. This prevents anyone from outbidding someone else and eliminates “true” auction bidding.

It is possible that the operation of this website may be interrupted, interfered with or adversely affected by circumstances and/or factors out of our control.
