Auction Terms & Conditions The King of Camo, LLC will not accept any requests to rescind bids. Requests to rescind bids will result in an instant ban from any future bids. The King of Camo, LLC reserves the right to refuse any sale at its discretion for any reason. 5.00% sales tax applied, exempt where applicable. 10% Buyer's Premium. Shipping will be available for most items and cost will vary from item to item. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on size, item, or shipping location. Shipping rates can vary due to multiple factors and The King of Camo, LLC is not responsible for how much each package is charged. Customers are subject to shipping charges from those carriers as passed on to us from them. Bidders will be emailed a copy of their invoice within 24 hours following completion of the auction. The invoice will show which lots have been won and what total dollar amount the Bidder owes. Bidder is responsible for making sure email and contact information is filled in correctly or they will not be contacted properly and may be subject to a higher buyer's premium (see below). PAYMENT: All payments will be at 3040 Keith Bridge Rd. Suite A3, Cumming GA, 30041. Payment options include credit card, debit card, cash, or money order. Payments can be made over the phone (470-297-5809). If the bidder intends to use a different payment method other than a credit card it must be communicated with us via email (info@thekingofcamo.com) or by phone before the morning after the auction ends. If credit card payment is declined a payment must be made by the third business day after the auction has completed. If a payment is not made by the end of the third business day The King of Camo, LLC will increase the buyer's premium to 25%. If the payment method is changed to cash, check, or wire transfer, a 10% Buyer's Fee remains in effect. The King of Camo, LLC online-only auctions feature an auto bid extend (soft close), if a bidder enters a bid near the end of close, it will extend the Lot time. The King of Camo, LLC presumes shipping if the Buyer is out-of-state. If the buyer is in-state The King of Camo, LLC presumes items are being picked up. If otherwise preferred, respond to an email with correct instructions, this ensures your information reaches the correct department. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made, any items remaining after the pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become the property of The King of Camo, LLC, and returned to inventory; no refunds. The King of Camo, LLC does not test items for genuineness. Bidder inspection is encouraged; all descriptions are believed true and accurate but are not guaranteed or warrantied. Pictures are part of the description. Auction items will be on display during normal business hours, Bidders are welcome to physically inspect auction items during those hours. Placing a bid signifies bidder has examined the item(s) to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to examine them personally. All items sold "AS-IS", and "WHERE-IS" with all faults. No implied or express warranties by The King of Camo, LLC. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any disagreement between the auction company and the Buyer will remain in the jurisdiction of Forsyth County Circuit Court, Cumming, Georgia. *****RESERVE DOLLAR AMOUNT ITEMS****** Bidders that "win" a reserve dollar amount item and the reserve has not been met the Bidder has NOT won that item. Bidders may be sent an email that says "You may have won" on that item but if that item is not itemized on the Bidders invoice then the Bidder has NOT won that item. If an auction item you bid on is not on your emailed itemized invoice you did NOT win that item. PICK-UP DETAILS You will have 4 business days to pick your items up at 3040 Keith Bridge Rd. Suite A3, Cumming GA, 30041. This will only be waived if you have made other arrangements before the auction ends. GEORGIA bidders: If you live in Georgia it is assumed you will be picking your items up from our location in Cumming, GA. The King of Camo, LLC presumes if the Buyer is in-state items are being picked up, email info@thekingofcamo.com if items are being shipped instead. If large items have been purchased and are being picked up, The King of Camo, LLC staff is not responsible for loading. The buyer is solely responsible for bringing help/assistance to assist in loading items purchased. The King of Camo, LLC is open Wed-Friday 9 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. We are closed Sundays through Tuesdays. Unless alternate pickup arrangements are made, any items remaining after the pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become the property of The King of Camo, LLC, and returned to inventory; no refunds. SHIPPING DETAILS The King of Camo, LLC presumes shipping if the Buyer is out-of-state. The registered credit card on file is charged a second time for the shipping amount, as The King of Camo, LLC does not package items until after payment is received in full. All packaging is conducted in-house; The King of Camo, LLC charges the buyer taxable packaging materials and a $30 minimum for packaging services. The King of Camo, LLC ships via UPS.
