This is an Online Auction of Star Wars, Star Trek, Action Figures Video Games, Toys & Much More Auction ends November 3rd 2024 Items located at 2S 101 Harter Rd Kaneville IL 60144 Pre-auction inspection of items: Friday Oct. 25th 6:00pm - 9:00pm Saturday Oct. 26th 3:00pm - 5:00pm Other times available by appointment. Items can be picked up. Friday Nov. 8th 6:00 - 9:00pm Saturday Nov. 9th 3:00pm - 9:00pm Other pick-up times are available by appointment. Terms: All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed and not responsible for imitations or reproductions. Note: any descriptions or notes on items or in pictures not provided by Reed's General Merchandise, use at your discretion. Pre-auction inspection of items available on the following dates: Pre-auction inspection of items: Friday Oct. 25th 6:00pm - 9:00pm Saturday Oct. 26th 3:00pm - 5:00pm Other times available by appointment. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Reed's General Merchandise reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. All local Sales taxes apply unless otherwise listed. 7% sales tax applies unless you have a resale certificate, plus a 13% Buyer's premium. NOTE: HiBid requires Credit Card confirmation to approve bidders. We will NOT be billing you through HiBid. We will invoice via PayPal or you can pay in person. Our procedure is as follows: Once Auction is complete you will receive an email confirming your winning bids. If you require shipping, then you will be invoiced (via PayPal) once shipping costs are established. If you are picking up your items, you can pay at that time. Please contact us with any concerns. Online PayPal payments must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the invoice unless otherwise approved by Reed's General Merchandise. Items can be picked up. Local pick up is preferred for the safety of the items, however, shipping arrangements may be made at buyers' expense. (Please contact us with questions before bidding) $10.00 handling fee applied for items being shipped. (generally, per package shipped not per item) If you have any concerns about how to acquire your items after purchase, please contact us. We are very reasonable people and will do our best to accommodate. Reed's General Merchandise and its employees are Not responsible for damage or theft, reasonable efforts will be made to protect sold items. Note: If you require shipping, we will invoice you once we have all the expenses figured out. Reed's General Merchandise does not make any implied or expressed guarantees of monetary value, nor are they licensed appraisers. Any reference of values is provided by third party not affiliated with auction or Reed's General Merchandise. Reed's General Merchandise's staff, family, and friends, as well as qualified online buyers and absentee bidders are permitted to make offers, bids and purchases of any item offered for sale by Reed's General Merchandise or its affiliates. Absentee bids will be offered competitively and in the event of a tie of absentee bids, the bid accepted first will be honored. Reed's General Merchandise reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Reed's General Merchandise can remove items from auction at any time. All disputes arising shall be resolved in Kane County, Illinois. Payment Terms: Cash, Check with State issued Photo I.D. or Major Credit Cards (4%) accepted upon local pick up of items purchased via www.HiBid.com. Items requiring shipping will be billed via PayPal.com. (No PayPal account needed) No items will be released until payment is complete including but not limited to: Hammer Price, Shipping / Fees, Taxes, etc. All items sold AS IS/WHERE IS.
