NEW BIDDERS: Please read the terms and conditions carefully as there is important information you must understand before registering to bid with us! This is a simultaneous live and online auction. Bidding will open Friday, October 11 at 8:00 AM and begin to close Saturday, October 26 at 10:00 AM. Those planning to bid in-person should arrive prior to 10:00 in order to be registered and assigned a bidder card. There are no reserves on any of our lots, but the auctioneer does reserve the right to decline any bids we find unreasonable. For out of state bidders or those new to our auctions, we will be charging a refundable $2500 hold on your credit card in order to bid on the motor vehicles in this auction. All holds will be reversed after the sale to bidders who were not the high bidder, or whose purchases amounted to less than $2500. VEHICLE BIDDERS: We will accept a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on auto purchases ONLY, with balance due within 7 days. Prospective bidders are welcome to visit our gallery at any time during regular business hours to preview the vehicles. If you are unable to attend during regular business hours, please let us know and we can work with you to find a time to preview. For those who prefer phone bidding to online bidder, there will be phone bid availability for anyone interested. Please bring your trailers with you on Saturday. Most of these vehicles are not road ready and will require transportation. THERE IS NO SHIPPING OF ANY KIND AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION. All unpaid invoices will be charged to the registered credit card beginning the 2nd Monday following purchase. We reserve the right to apply a $1 per item per day storage fee from this date. Items left for longer than 30 days will be considered abandoned and property of the auction hall. We do our best to identify the items for sale and their condition, but we do not guarantee accuracy.
