No exceptions. ***FIREARMS REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age for long rifle, and 21 for handgun. Buyer agrees to pay $30 for a background check, will be added at time of pick up. If shipping firearm buyer must provide an FFL to transfer gun to. Buyer responsible for shipping costs. No out-of-state pickups. Articles not paid for and removed within 7 days, the announced payment and removal times may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, with no reserve; any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, including legal fees, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
