TERMS & CONDITIONS Registration requires you to register with a valid credit card with Hibid.com. This is a timed online auction with a 12% buyer's premium that will be added to all winning bids. This is an online auction only with a soft close format of 90 seconds. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. If using a credit card, you will be required to pay a 3.5% convenience fee. If picking up items and paying with credit card, you MUST bring a physical credit card with you to the site of pickup. Winning bidder agrees to pay Wiegmann Auctioneers the full amount of the winning bid amount, the buyer's premium and the sales tax (unless a sales tax exemption form is provided to Wiegmann Auctioneers) before the day of the scheduled pickup. If the winning bidder's credit card is declined and does not pay for the winning lot(s), Wiegmann Auctioneers will report the user to Hibid and this may result in a permanent ban from Hibid. Wiegmann Auctioneers reserves its rights and remedies to recoup its fees. Preview - There will be no preview scheduled. However, if interested in seeing specific items, please call our office. All items will be sold "as is where is" with no physical warranty express or implied. The auction company makes every effort to take multiple pictures, note defects, note dimensions of items, and provide as much information as possible to ensure confidence in bidding. The auction company is not responsible for items with defects, confusion of the size of an item, or any other characteristics of the items offered for auction. Pickup Procedures - October 21st, 2024 from 2 PM- 4PM. Please choose a pickup time on the specified date through shipping saint. It is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. Unless an alternate date is scheduled with Wiegmann Auctioneers office. After 7 days merchandise is considered abandoned with no refunds and will become property of Wiegmann Auctioneers. Successful winning bidder is responsible to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Please bring your own packing and moving supplies. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. If you purchase large items such as furniture, please bring additional assistance as the auction company will not be responsible for providing assistance with large items. It is the bidder’s responsibility to contact Wiegmann Auctioneers office prior to the auction ending for an alternate pickup time and date. Shipping - Trains and signs will be the only merchandise able to be shipped. Speakers and larger items will not be available for shipping. Within 12 hrs of the auction ending you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick up time and or shipping. We may take up to 15 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx or UPS. When the shipping invoice is paid shipping will be finalized and you will receive a tracking number once your label is printed. If the winning bidder has requested shipping, then the winning bidder further agrees to pay packing, shipping materials and handling fee, plus costs of shipping and insurance per box. We understand shipping is expensive and Wiegmann Auctioneers will make its best effort to combine winning lots into one (1) box if possible.
