Registration and Payment - You will need to register with a credit card with Hibid.com. This is a timed online auction with a 12% buyer's premium and 7% IN Tax that will be added to all wininng bids. Your credit card on file will AUTOMATICALLY be charged following the close of the auction. Preview - All items will be sold "as is where is" with no physical warranty express or implied. The auction company makes every effort to take multiple pictures, note defects, note dimensions of items, and provide as much information as possible to ensure confidence in bidding. However, a preview date and time has been set and it is the buyer's responsibility to come and inspect the items you wish to bid on. If you are unable to attend, please call the auctioneer with any questions or concerns before bidding on any items. The auction company is not responsible for items with defects, confusion of the size of an item, or any other characteristics of the items offered for auction. Pickup Procedures - All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. After 7 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become property of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Fort Wayne. Successful winning bidder is responsile to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. Shipping - Within 2 hrs of the auction ending you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick up time and or shipping. We may take up to 15 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx or UPS. When the shipping invoice is paid shipping will be finalized and you will receive tracking number once your label is printed.

This is a timed online auction with a soft close format. A 12% buyer's premium (BP) and 7% Indiana sales tax will be added to all winning bids. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged after the auction closes. Ensure that the card you registered with is not expired and has a sufficient limit to cover your planned expenditures. A paid invoice will be emailed to you at the registered email address. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Verify that your email address is correct to receive your invoice and any periodic notifications during the bidding period.
Pick Up: You will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint to schedule your pickup. When selecting pickup, please choose both the date and time. Due to prior appointments with other bidders, we cannot accommodate early checkouts for early arrivals. Shipping: Within 7-10 business days, you will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint with your shipping invoice. Please note that shipping costs, including packing, materials, insurance, and shipping, are the buyer's responsibility and may be higher depending on the item. If you have any questions or would like a shipping quote, please feel free to contact us. Verify your shipping address and pay the invoice promptly.
