Checkout Date/Time: Monday, Sept 23rd, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.) NO shipping will be available at this auction. Within 2 hrs of the auction ending you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick up time. You MUST select your pickup time as soon as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to contact Wiegmann Auctioneers office prior to the auction ending for an alternate pickup time. All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. If merchandise is NOT removed by the required date it is considered abandoned and may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Successful winning bidder is responsible to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Please bring your own packing and moving supplies. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. If you purchase large items such as furniture, please bring additional assistance as the auction company will not be responsible for providing assistance with large items.

Preview Date/Time: September 17, 2024 12 PM- 2 PM. All items will be sold "as is where is" with no physical warranty express or implied. The auction company makes every effort to take multiple pictures, note defects, note dimensions of items, and provide as much information as possible to ensure confidence in bidding. However, a preview date and time has been set and it is the buyer's responsibility to come and inspect the items you wish to bid on. If you are unable to attend, please call the auctioneer with any questions or concerns before bidding on any items. The auction company is not responsible for items with defects, confusion of the size of an item, or any other characteristics of the items offered for auction. Payment Terms:
Wiegmann Auctioneers accepts cash, check, or credit/debit card. Please bring method of payment to pick up site on the scheduled date and you MUST pay before getting your items. A 10% buyers premium will be collected on ALL items. If paying with credit/debit card, there will be an extra 3% convenience fee.
Personal Check Policy. Personal checks will be accepted only if credit has been established with Wiegmann Auctioneers. The purchaser agrees to pay Wiegmann Auctioneers a handling charge of $35 for any check dishonored by the drawee.
Winning bidder agrees to pay Wiegmann Auctioneers the full amount of the winning bid amount and the buyer's premium. There WILL be sales tax also charged on the Pontoon.
Bidders who have not paid by the date of the scheduled pickup will be charged through their registered credit/debit card the day of the pickup day. If the winning bidder's credit card is declined and does not pay for the winning lot(s), Wiegmann Auctioneers will report the user to Hibid. This may result in a permanent ban from Hibid. Wiegmann Auctioneers reserves its rights and remedies to recoup its fees. The appropriate Buyers Premium is applied to winning bid(s). Credit Card Convenience Fee is 3%.
VEHICLE/WATERCRAFT PURCHASES:
Requirements to bid:
-Bidder must be older than 21 and have a valid driver's license.
-If the bidder is paying with check or credit/debit, bidder agrees to wait as title will be held until payment clears.
-If paying with cash or wire transfer, vehicle/boat will be released at the time of payment.
- You MUST have a way to remove.
- A 7% Sales tax will be charged on the watercraft.
