By using the Live Catalog view it eliminates the need to refresh your screen We are using the soft close feature. If a bid on any item is received within three (3) minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for one (1) minute PAYMENTS  We accept Cash, Good Local Checks, Venmo; Money Wire or Credit Card. All items that are being shipped will need to be paid for including freight by either Venmo; Money Wire or a Credit Card with a 4 percent convenience fee on all credit card purchases. An Invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the auction, there will be directions for credit card payments PICK UP and REMOVAL Pick up and removal of all items will be from 12 noon till 5 pm on Sunday September 15th. Bring help to load large items as the auction company nor the seller is not responsible for loading such items. The address of the pick up location is 9369 Hominy Ridge Road Florence, IN SHIPPING  Smaller items will be shipped upon buyer's request. Items are marked that can be shipped. The cost of shipping will be the actual cost plus $5.00 packaging fee for the first box and $2.50 for each additional box. Lots can be combined if the items will be safe to ship together. We use one of the two following forms of shipping USPS or UPS. All item will be packed by shipping company guidelines, if a item is damaged the buyer is responsible for dealing with USPS or UPS to resolve the issue
