Checkout Date/Time Winners will receive an invoice through HiBid shortly after the close of the auction. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. We process credit cards following the auction. If your invoice says "Paid in Full", your package will be shipped within 2 business days. If your invoice says "Unpaid", your card on file did not go through and you will need to provide another form of payment. We ship in-house at the lowest cost possible, and shipping will be reflected on your invoice. Local winners are requested to pick up their items within 7 days at Capitol Coin during regular business hours. Lots not picked up within 14 days of the auction are subject to resale.

The buyer's premium for this auction is 15% with a 3% discount for cash or check. Payments must be received within 7 days of the auction to be in good standing. By registering to bid with your credit card information, you understand and permit Capitol Auctions to process your credit card for your invoice should you win any items in the auction. If you do not win any lots in the auction, your credit card information will not be used. If you DO NOT wish for us to process your credit card for your winning bids (and you are not a local bidder who plans to pick up your items and pay with cash or check), please contact us to let us know that you intend to mail a check or make other payment arrangements (different credit card, wire transfer, e-check, etc.) Our credit card limit for established customers is $3000. If your invoice is over $3000, we will contact you to provide payment by cashier's check, personal check, or wire. No sales tax will be collected for this sale for out of state bidders. Indiana is tax exempt for gold and silver bullion and any coin or paper money produced by the US Mint or Bureau of Engraving. If you are a winning bidder, we will automatically charge the card on file with HiBid after the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. We also accept wire transfers, cashier's checks and personal checks (takes 7 to 10 days to clear). You will receive an invoice for all lots you won within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is required prior to delivery of any lot to the buyer. Any lots not paid for within 7 days of the auction will be subject to resale to the under-bidder or relisted in the next auction, and your account will be declined for future auctions. If you cannot pay within the 7 day period and have a valid reason, please contact us and we will try to work with you.
