Description
Baxter Auction is having another ONLINE ONLY sale. We are selling the contents of a very charming home sitting on a wonderful lot with a shared driveway. If you win any lots we will be contacting you to get an idea of when you will be coming out. Due to space issues we can not have too many people there at once. This sale will be ending on Friday August 9th at 7:00pm with a soft close. A soft close allows everyone a fair chance to bid on the item. Each time a bid is placed more time will be added to the clock to allow all bidders a chance to win the item. In order to participate in this auction go to Baxterauction.hibid.com to register and bid. If you believe you are tax excempt please do not assume I have your information on file. New slips need to be filled out every year. Even if you register with Hibid I do not see your information. So please email Baxterauction.indy@gmail.com or text Lucas at 574-252-9784 to verify you are in fact tax exempt. This needs to happen before the sale starts and if you are finding us late I'll give you one hour after the last item sells to get your information to us. We have a strict NO EXEMPTIONS RULE. If you want to save the money you have to do your part. Pickup for this sale will be Sunday August 11th from 2-7pm at 420 Beech Park Drive in Greenwood. If you can not make that time please do not bid as we will not have access to the house after Sunday th 11th. We are not offering shipping for this auction.
