Our staff will gather your items and once they are moved to our shipping area from secured storage, you will receive notification. When the items are packed, you will get a text and email with the shipping cost and will need to pay for your label as well as a tracking number. Once paid, we will print the label and send your package. Please be patient. We have 100's of packages to send out each week and a small staff. We try our best, however, to keep all costs low. Each package will have a flat $10 Shipping & Handling for complete purchases of under $500 and all purchases over $500 will be a flat $15.00 shipping and handling fee.
