Terms For Real Estate: Real Estate Sells w/Owners Confirmation and in "As Is" condition. Successfull bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement on auction day and make a Non-Refundable $7,500.00 Deposit day of auction. Buyer will pay 10% BP based on the winning bid amount and that total will be added to the successful bid amount those 2 together will be the purchase price. Sale of the real estate is not contingent upon buyer obtaining financing, inspections or appraisals or any other conditions. If successfull bidder fails to complete and close the transaction the buyer will forfeit the entire deposit amount. Buyer will be responsible for the taxes due spring of 2024. Closing to take place at Attorney's Title Agency in Greenfield preferably before 12-31-2023 but before 1-10-2024. Buyer is responsible to perform their own due diligence.
