Not very old and seem to be gently used. Each Lot is an individual unit containing a certain number of Safe Deposit Box compartments. Each compartment comes with at least one key and each unit comes with one Master/Guard Key. Each compartment requires both the individual Compartment Key AND the Master/Guard Key to open. Each Compartment comes with a removable plastic bin with lid. Each unit is very heavy duty and the more compartments each unit has, the heavier it is!
