When you bid on an item you are making a legal commitment to purchase the item. Your bid is an acknowledgment that you have read all the terms and conditions of the auction and that you agree to abide by them. All sales are final. Anyone not paying for their items or picking them up will be reported to Hibid and not allowed to bid at future auctions.

It is very important that all items being picked up locally be done on 6/19. We have items coming in for the next auction the following day, and we do not have space to hold your items.
