The purchaser agrees to pay Scheerer McCulloch a handling charge of $35 for any check dishonored by the drawee. 4) Winning bidder agrees to pay Scheerer McCulloch the full amount of the winning bid amount, the buyer's premium and sales tax (unless a sales tax exemption form is provided to Scheerer McCulloch) on or before the day of the scheduled pickup.
