Any merchandise not removed by bidder may be resold at the next auction or disposed of in any other way Adcock-Britz Auction Service deems to be suitable. CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION, AND VENUE: Any auction matter shall be exclusively construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All pickups need to be within the advertised hours following the close of the Auction. Long distance buyers can make other arrangements, if not picked up items will be considered abandoned and will be sold or disposed of at owners expence. All items to be shipped will be packaged and shipped at buyers expense to the lower 48 states. All Packages are subject to $5.00 - $15.00 Packaging plus Shipping Charges of carriers. Items that are shippable will be marked as such, some items we will not ship and are marked as such. Pickup will be at the auction location after close of the Auction within the advertised hours.
