All items sold as is where is. We do our very best to examine all itmes carefully, disclose and picture any defect in an item. INSPECTION AT PREVIEW IS ENCOURAGED When you bid, you bid. Bidding means you are agreeing to purchase the item for the amount you bid. Please do not ask the auction company to simply "remove your bid". Take care what you are bidding on. Placing the bid is the same thing as making a contract to buy at your bid amount plus the buyer's premium. Auction Company does NOT help with load out. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! Items must be paid for before removal. Guns transfer: Buyer is responsible for all gun transfer fees. Peoples Choice Pawn on Jordan St. in Mt. Vernon, IL. will handle transfers for a $25 fee. Instructions will be sent in your invoice. Any item left after pick up times published will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. In the event another time has been arranged and buyer fails to pick up within 30 days, item will be considered abandoned. Customers are, however, still responsible for payment. Auction company reserves the right to bid on any item on behalf of the seller to the reserve. The system will not increase your bid to reserve even if you put in full reserve amount, so auction company may place bid close to the reserve amount Auctioneer has the right to decline a request to bid in the auction from any bidder if she has any reason to question the potential bidder's ability/willingness to pay or pick up. Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents. SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING ON THIS AUCTION Credit card, check or cash. If you are new to this auction company, we will only accpet cash or credit card. Bring your own muscle. Auction company nor seller is allowed to help with load out of heavy items per insurance. There is a 15% buyer's premium added to high bid. This figure shows up when placing bid. We will only allow bidders from the United States and Canada. Auction comapny will charge HIBID card on file in the event payment is not made by close of pick up time. Vehicle title will be released if paid for by cash. If not, a bill of sale will be given to buyer and title mailed 10 days after auction. PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP TIME ON SCHEDULE SHEET (LINK PROVIDED IN YOUR INVOICE) AFTER END OF AUCTION.
