Large items such as furniture, ect., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer will not furnish equipment to load items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purcharser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abondoned items. If you canoot pick up your purchases by the date and time frame set, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a differnt date and time, up to 3 days of pick up date. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to defray thecost of making these items available to you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. plus 5% Buyers Premuim on credit cards. Total Buyers Premium 15% charged In event of a disagreemnt of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Vermilion County, Illinois. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions.
