No returns or refunds will be issued for any reason.By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Seller reserves the right reject any bids. All SALES ARE FINAL. All high bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final. All merchandise is sold "As Is" and "Where Is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own information and inspection. Buyers acknowledge the inherent risks of buying AS-IS. Item descriptions including hours, mileage, condition, size or age are believed to be correct but Bergstrom Auctions does not assume responsibility for errors. Buyer is to rely on their own inspection of items. All items must be picked up within 5 days of auction closing unless prior arrangements are made. Items not picked up become property of the auction company and subject to be resold. We charge a14% buyers premium which includes the credit card processing fees. A buyers premium of 10% will be charged for cash and check payments. To pay with cash or check you must make arrangements with us prior to the auction closing. We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your card will be charged at the auction closing if you are the winning bidder. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of outages or system failures. BIDDER INFORMATION & SECURITY. All registration information the bidder provides to Bergstrom Auctions shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Bergstrom Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised. PREVIEW: We encourage all bidders to inspect and test items in-person during preview hours, BEFORE placing your bid. Once you place a bid electronically, it cannot be retracted.
