2024 Markel Insurance Breeders Championship Futurity Yearling Sale Managed by National Snaffle Bit Association is held in conjuntion with the NSBA World Championship Show and Breeders Championship Futurity in Tulsa, OK. This is the Premier Yearling Western Pleasure and Hunt Seat prospect sale in the nation with a limited number of consignments accepted. Yearlings sold in the ring will be eligible to compete in BCF or Color BCF classes as a two or three year old for an additonal purse set aside for Sale Graduates. Webcast Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions Governing the use of online bidding services. Nationail Snaffle Bit Association (Hereinafter referred to as NSBA) offers customers the opportunity to participate online in live NSBA auctions. NSBA reserves the right at our sole discretion, to add, delete or change some or all of our online services at any time without notice. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of NSBA online bid services and must be accepted, without modification, before you may access NSBA online bid services. The NSBA online bid services terms and conditions, together with any additional terms and conditions listed in the sale catalog specific to a particular auction, constitute the entire agreement (the "Agreement") between you and NSBA for that particular auction. NSBA reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to allow or deny access to NSBA online bid services to any party. To activate your online bidding capabilites NSBA must receive via email to office@nsba.com the Online Bidder Bank Account Verification Form completed in full and a copy of your state issued drivers license, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled auction start time. Upon acceptance of your registration and application for access to NSBA online bid services, your chosen username and password which will identify you, will be activated. You are responsible for all purchases and activities that occur using your NSBA online services bid number. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE INCLUDED IN THE NSBA MARKEL INSURANCE BREEDERS CHAMPIONSHIP FUTURITY YEARLING SALE CATALOG VIEWABLE ON OUR WEBSITE www.nsba.com All settlements shall be in U.S. Currency or checks drawn on U.S. Banks ONLY and payable at the time of the sale. Methods of settlement are cash, cashiers or certified check, personal check with picture identification, such as driver’s license or passport, traveler’s checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discovery or American Express credit cards. Settlement with a credit card will be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. If settlement for full purchase price is not completed no later than 60 minutes from the conclusion of the sale, buyer will be assessed a penalty fee of $100. Buyers are responsible for any cost of collection, including attorney's fees. After payments clear the bank, the Sale Management will release to the buyer, breed registration papers and Breeders Championship Futurity certificates. All returned checks will be referred to the Parker County Attorney's office to file charges and there will be a $100.00 charge for all returned checks and declined credit cards. Full payment including all applicable fees must be made within 3 business day after confirmation of a returned check or declined credit card. If payment is not received within 3 business days, disciplinary action will be taken as set forth in the NSBA Rule Book. A Buyer’s Premium is an additional fee that is required of the buyer above the acknowledged purchase price. The buyer’s premium is 5% of the purchase price or $250 whichever is greater. Only yearlings sold in the sale ring are eligible for the additional NSBA Breeders Championship Futurity purse Buyer has the responsibility to examine the yearling(s) and any and all documents regarding DNA results before bidding. Veterinarians are available on the sale grounds. Breed registration papers are available for review with the sale office. The Breeders Championship Futurity Certificate and all breed association transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of settlement.

Ownership and responsiblity for the yearling(s) passes to the Buyer at the fall of the gavel, including but not limited to, arrangements for pickup and/or delivery, insurance of animal, boarding and any and all expenses incurred after sale.
