Auction begins May 5th at 3 PM CST, bidding begins to soft close on May 12th at 3 PM CST. Preview May 10th 11-1. Pickup Day is May 14th (Friday) 10-6. YOU MUST SCHEDULE PICKUP FOR THIS AUCTION! We can only have one buyer in the building at a time to pick up. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH ALL OUR TERMS All items must be picked up on specified pickup day, listed above. PICKUP LOCATION: Mike Hall Auction Center, 2102 NW RT 121 Decatur IL 62526. The farm equipment and four wheelers must be picked up on location after payment is made. You must provide your own transportation and help to load items you purchase. MOST LOCATIONS HAVE STAIRS-BE PREPARED. All items are sold as-is, where-is with any/all defects, and with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Descriptions are believed to be correct, but subject to bidder verification. Mike Hall Auction Co., HiBid and AuctionFlex are not responsible or held liable for any accidents or errors in print, or otherwise. 17% Buyers Premium is applicable to all general purchases made through this auction, Honda Odyssey and Honda 4-Wheeler are 12%, tractor, semi and corn planter have 5% buyers premiums.. A $1 surcharge will also be assessed to all buyers, for cost of verifying card. Forms of Payment: Credit card on file will be charged at conclusion of auction. Items must be picked up on pickup day ONLY. For vehicle purchases: vehicles must be paid for via either wire transfer with $30 transfer fee, or cash. The title will be held until funds clear. The auction company will only take checks on vehicles from known customers, pre-approved by the auction company. Winning bidder(s) not picking up items on pick up day will still be responsible for payment. Items not picked up or ordered shipping are forfeited and become property of the auction co. Winning bidders hereby agree not to chargeback any purchases on credit card for any reason.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Buyers understand they are responsible for paying sales tax or other taxes on any applicable purchases.
SHIPPING: Shipping only available on small items is the responsibility of the buyer. Mike Hall Auction Co. does not ship. Buyers may use Wrap Pack Ship Center of Taylorville, IL. Please let Auction Co. know within 24 hours of sale end if you would like to use Wrap Pack Ship or to make an appt. for picking up your items. For shipping questions: 217-824-6279.
FIREARM/FOID BIDDERS: Please note: you must have a VALID IL FOID Card to buy firearms or ammunition. C&M Gunworks handles all transfer paperwork, and the transfer fee is paid directly to C&M. Wait times will be observed by C&M. Pickup is at C&M Gunworks in Lincoln IL.
VEHICLE BIDDERS NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder of any vehicle, you will be required to wire funds to Mike Hall Auction Co. prior to pickup day with a $30 surcharge, or pay by cash. Bidders known to the auction company, who are pre-approved may write personal checks ONLY. Titles held until payments clear the bank.
