Description
This is a game consigned from the collection of Jeff: Here is a nice example of a Neo-Geo 2-slot, especially considering how much play these games got. This one came off my route 5 years ago when a laundromat closed and it's been stored in my garage since that time. It certainly has a few flaws but nothing major. The bottom front edge red is flaking/peeling a little. I believe this is from players' shoes and not moisture because it isn't doing it on the sides. Also, there are some cracks on the control panel overlay mainly on the left side. I put tape on them about 8 years ago so they wouldn't get any worse. I'm sure it could use retaping (clean the old tape off first of course) and perhaps using clear tape would look better (like cellophane rather than scotch tape). There are some cigarette burns on the panel as well. Overall though still a pretty nice solid cabinet. It's missing the LED credit display boards (it was this way when I bought it), but it shows the credits on the screen so they certainly aren't necessary. The right joystick knob has pulled up a little but works just fine. These are Happ Ultimates (8-way of course) and if you ever need to put new ones on I recommend using them again. The game is working good and has had two significant upgrades. I believe the original power supply (dated '92) conked out as I was getting it ready for the auction so I replaced it with a newer model. An exact replacement isn't available anymore. Because of this the power switch is now on the back (on top of the power supply) instead of inside the coin door (which was kind of a weird place for a power switch anyway). Also the monitor was changed to a newer Vision Pro which is a great monitor. The 2 game cartridges installed are Bust-a-Move and Metal Slug X and they both have their mini marquee. The Bust-a-Move cart says Puzzle Bobble on the edge which is common as they are the same game. It's currently set for coin play but has a dip switch setting for free play. Game has locks and a key for both coin doors and the back door (these locks are keyed alike). It will also include a cash pan. Neo 2-slots in this cabinet size and condition don't come up for sale very often so make the most of the opportunity! I know that in the pictures above, the monitor looks like it isn't displaying correctly. However, that is only because the shutter speed is too fast on my phone camera. So it captures the picture while the monitor is drawing the screen and looks like half the screen is missing. Watch the video included above and you will see that the monitor has a great picture.

This is the Third Arcade Game Auction from our overflow warehouse in lovely downtown Atlanta, IL. NO BUYERS' PREMIUMS! NO HIDDEN FEES! After collecting (hoarding) games since about 1987, we have amassed a large and unique collection of thousands of classic games. This collection has given birth to Arcadia, Pinball Paradise, and the Route 66 Arcade Museum in central IL. Despite ambitious future expansion plans, we still have more games than we need (and not enough time) so we have decided to make them available to the public for the first time. Many collectors have seen our legendary warehouses and wondered when this stuff would be made available for sale. Some may have even pondered the idea of our inevitable death and the following estate sale. Well, the wait is over. We are going to start letting them go, even while we are still alive! We can't take 'em with us! The majority of these games are "as found" from our countless warehouse raids over the last 35 years. While many are in rough condition, there will be a lot of rare titles that haven't been seen at an auction in decades. Some are fully working. Some are repairable and/or restorable. Some are only good for parts. ALL are honestly photoed, described, and videoed so that bidders can see everything possible to make a good bidding decision. These items have come from a wide variety of sources so look at each game you are interested in carefully with fresh eyes. Just because one game is a water damaged junker doesn't mean the next one is.
All items are sold as-is, where is. Must be paid for in full before removed from the building. Buyers can arrange a pickup time anytime before July 1st. We will gladly help load. Anything not picked up by July 1st will be considered abandoned and be re-sold at the next arcade auction. Sales tax of 6.75% collected on anything picked up or shipped to addresses in IL, unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided. There will be no handling fee for pickups or shipping large freight items as long as you make all arrangements and all we have to do is meet the shipper for pickup. We will not palletize items, so we recommend North American Van Lines for shipping. NAVL Shipping quotes can be obtained us or by you by emailing coinop@beltmann.com and giving them a description of the item, the pickup zip code (61723) and your delivery zip code. We get no better pricing than you do, so get quotes yourself, or feel free to ask us to get quotes if you prefer. You can also call NAVL at 800-959-8880. Regarding parts and other non-game items: some extremely difficult-to-package items may have a higher handling fee, and this will be disclosed in the description of that item. For this fee, shipping of UPS-able items will be well packaged and shipped for you via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, whichever is cheapest. Shipping charges for these items must be prepaid by you. If the item is a large freight item, we will make all arrangements for you for this $10 handling fee. You will be responsible for actual shipping charges in addition to the handling fee. Shipping charges for freight items will be C.O.D. (If NAVL allows.
