b) Most items are sold without reserves, minimums or limits. Auction Depot expressly forbids owners and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. Any items with a reserve will be declared so the bidder is fully aware that the item has a reserve price that must be met for the item to sell.
c) Auction Depot reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Successful bidders are required to pay a Buyer’s Premium on each item purchased. The Buyer’s Premium is 13% on this auction. (3% discount for cash) Cash customers need to pay for purchases or contact us with 24 hours of close of auction.

Some items are sold with a 3-day guarantee. These items must be returned within that time period to quality for a refund, or the sale becomes final. The guarantee cover the electronic portion of the item, it does not cover any cosmetic or other flaws the item may or may not have.
b) No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold “as is” and without recourse.
c) Descriptions are provided to help identify an item and create interest. Descriptions are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item BEFORE they submit a bid.
