Pickup Hours: Monday: Closed Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed Storage Fees Orders not picked up by 3 PM the Saturday after the auction will incur a $5 storage fee. For more than 5 items, an additional $1 per item will apply. (Shipping orders are exempt.) Reference: Idaho Code § 28-22-101 regarding storage fees. Payment Terms Payment must be completed by 3 PM on Saturday unless prior arrangements are made. If a card is declined, items will be awarded to the next highest bidder or relisted. Cash payments after 3 PM do not receive buyer’s fee discounts. Reference: UCC § 2-507 on payment obligations. Buyer Responsibility Buyers are responsible for verifying all information related to the specific items they wish to bid on. This includes checking item conditions, potential value, and any other relevant details. Buyers are encouraged to preview items in person. We are not liable for any assumptions made regarding an item’s condition or value based on incomplete information. Unclaimed Items Items not picked up within 14 days will be donated or relisted without notice. No refunds will be provided for donations. Reference: Idaho Code § 55-2301 on unclaimed property. Consignor Agreements By agreeing to these terms, you accept all consignor fees. Purchases over $1,000 must be paid via Bank Wire, PayPal, or Cash. Reference: Idaho Code § 28-2-201 on sales agreements. Shipping Policy Shipping is available for most items. Ensure items are marked for shipping before bidding. If not marked, you will be responsible for the item’s fate (e.g., arrange shipping, donate, or relist). A $20 surcharge applies if we ship unmarked items. Reference: U.S. Postal Service regulations on shipping. Handling Fees Handling fees are as follows: Boxed Items: $5 for the first box, $5 for each additional (up to 24x24x24) Mailing Tube: $4 Poly Mailer/Bubble Mailer: $2 Reference: Idaho Code § 28-2-316 on handling fees. Non-shippable Items Items marked as “not shipping available” incur a $20 surcharge if shipping is insisted upon. We are not responsible for damage to these items during shipping. Freight shipping requires prior approval and the buyer is responsible for all arrangements. Reference: Idaho Code § 28-2-322 regarding shipping agreements. Buyer Premiums and Taxes A buyer’s premium of 10% for cash and 13% for credit card payments applies to all invoices. Idaho sales tax of 6% will be added for sales shipped within Idaho and for store pickups. Reference: Idaho Code § 63-3611 on sales tax applicability. Item Descriptions All measurements are approximate. We strive for accurate descriptions and images. If you have specific inquiries, please ask or visit during business hours. If unsatisfied, you may request to have the item relisted, but our responsibility ends once payment is made and the item is removed from the premises.
