TERMS & CONDITIONS REGISTRATION:
READ ALL TERMS CAREFULLY! Before bidding you must read and accept all the Terms and Conditions of bidding. When you click the "Register to Bid" button, you enter into a legal binding agreement with Auction Northwest, LLC.
Registering to bid is free. You must provide a credit card during registration. This card will be charged on the last date advertised for payment and checkout. The amount charged will include high bid price, buyer's premium, any applicable Dealer Document Fees/Idaho Resident Transfer Fees, and any applicable sales tax.
BIDDING:
a) Auction Northwest, LLC reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual.
b) All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online, or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder, you are the new owner of that item(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
c) Successful bidders are required to pay a buyer's premium on each item purchased. The buyer's premium is 10% on this auction. Customers must pay for purchases pursuant to the Payment Terms.
d) Buyers are required to pay a $50.00 Dealer Document Fee on each Titled unit.
e) Idaho Residents will be required to pay a $14.00 Idaho Resident Transfer fee.
f) Auction end times may be extended at any time for any reason.
g) Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to or do not understand any of these Auction Terms & Conditions - DO NOT BID.
h) Bidders must pay for purchases pursuant to the Payment Terms. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON AWARD OF AN ONLINE BID
CONDITION OF ITEMS:
a) ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS". We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auction. We recommend you visit our website or auction site on preview days to inspect any items you would like to purchase before bidding. You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf.
b) No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles, as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse.
c) All information provided through advertising or item descriptions was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the principal - Auction Northwest, LLC and all their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein. We highly recommend all items be thoroughly inspected prior to bidding and/or point of sale.
RESPONSIBILITY AND OWNERSHIP:
a) Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the online auction is concluded. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately.
b) Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone.
FEES:
a) Buyers Premium: 10%
b) Dealer Document Fee: $50.00
c) Idaho Resident Transfer Fee: $14.00
d) Resend Title Fee: $50.00
e) Title Replacement Fee: $100.00
PAYMENT:
a) Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up and removed from the auction site.
b) Payment must be made in full by Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check, Cash or Debit/Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
c) The credit card provided upon registration will be charged immediately for the balance owed on any outstanding items not paid for by the last advertised date for Payment/Checkout. The amount charged will include the HiBid price, Buyer's Premium, Dealer Document Fees, Idaho Resident Transfer Fees and any applicable Sales Tax.
d) IN THE EVENT YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS DECLINED AND/OR YOUR ITEMS REMAIN UNPAID AFTER THE LAST ADVERTISED DATE FOR PAYMENT/CHECKOUT, YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL FUTURE BIDDING WITH AUCTION NORTHWEST, LLC / OR A 25% LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL PURCHASED ITEMS.
e) Resellers must submit proper paperwork prior to payment. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged.
f) Buyer specifically waves their right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.
g) In the event payment is not timely received or other Terms & Conditions of the sale are breached, buyer agrees to pay reasonable fees and costs of collection agencies and/or attorney's fees. Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to or understand any of these Terms & Conditions, DO NOT BID.
REMOVAL:
a) All items must be removed from the auction site no later than the last advertised Payment/Checkout date.
b) Buyer is responsible for removing their items from the auction site by the last advertised Payment/Checkout date.
c) Buyer should come prepared to pack and load items. Auction Northwest, LLC may be able to assist but cannot guarantee a staff member will be able to assist everyone. Please be patient with our staff on load out days.
d) Forfeiture of Ownership of all unremoved items with NO REFUND will occur immediately after the last advertised Payment/Checkout date.
SHIPPING:
a) Auction Northwest, LLC may offer to help with preparation for shipping small items. HOWEVER, it is at the sole descretion of Auction Northwest, LLC to choose whether or not they will be able to ship the item. The owner of the item(s) should be prepared to make their own shipping arrangements if needed.
