Payment: Items must be paid for by 6:00PM on June 6, 2024 if not paid for by this time your credit card will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS! A $10.00 Fee will be added to your invoice if not picked up on June 6, 2024 Unless prior arrangements have been made. You will receive a invoice by email. If you do not receive one please check your spam folder. If you do not recieve a invoice and the lot item says "May Have Won" you won the item. If you do receive a invoice and are unsure if you have items to pickup. Please call 208-740-4160. Payment Method: Cash, major credit cards, or check. Invoice with be emailed within a few hours of complete auction end. There is a $30.00 returned check fee.

6% Idaho sales tax will apply to all items. If you are tax exempt a ST101 is required to be on file with the auction company.
Shipping arraignments can be made at the buyers expense. Please contact prior to bidding if you are out of state and shipping is needed.
Items abandoned longer than 7 days after the load out time will become property of Lucky C Auctions LLC. Buyer assumes all risk associated with the removal of items from auction site.

Effective Immediately:
Due to the number of non-pickups are pickup rules will be changing. We DONOT have storage space. Pickup is Thursday (Day after the auction ends) ONLY from 12-7PM. Items that are not picked up before Friday at 3PM of auction week will be charged a $10.00 Late/Storage fee per day unless arraignments have been made. If your items are not picked up by 7 days following the auction (Wednesday of the following week) your items will be disposed of and you will be blocked from bidding. We understand things come up and arrangements can still be made at this time. Please make arrangements in a timely matter on pickup day Thursday. If you make arrangements please keep them. We are sorry it has come to this.
