Do you have items for another online auction? . Please reach out to us, 812-998-2090. We do online auctions for clients, on our site or yours.
We have adjusted pickup times. The first pickup, ideally is for the smaller items, and local people. The second pickup helps people who are traveling in.
ALSO, we are working to have all equipment disconnected on Monday morning, before first pickup.
If you want to do a preview, Dec 23rd 3-5 p.m. central time is open and we will be on site numbering items, probably adding a few missed items also.
Set your calendar for the ending night of the auction, Sunday night, Dec 29 ,2024. 8 pm central.
All times listed are central time zone. These items are in Evansville, IN and the store is remaining open until Dec 23.
Daily preview is possible by appt at 3 p.m. central during the week, preferably.
We do offer referral pay for leads for business auctions. While we offer liquidation, we also sell new and used assets as well as custom restaurant furniture packages. Our main office is in Huntingburg, IN.

Terms and Conditions
We ask a few things :
Don't bid if you can't pay.
Don't bid if you cannot pickup or send someone to pick up for you during our pickup times.
If you work, take a vacation day, if needed.
Items not picked up or shipped by March 2nd, the items become the property of Cardinal Selling Services.
All items listed are subject to prior sale, are listed and will be listed for sale in other forums up until 24 hours before the auction closes.
Please help us spread the word and follow us on Facebook for more exciting deals. We pay for referrals with new business closeouts, and clearance of warehouses, schools and restaurants.
15 percent (15%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price, plus sales tax. * This auction is set up with a one (1) minute soft close feature and a 40 second stagger time between each lot. If buyers can claim tax exempt status, they must submit a completed tax-exempt form AND current registered retail merchant certificate prior to the auction start. If documentation is received by our staff after processing of the payment, a $10 refund fee may apply to cover time and expenses associated with the refund. * By registering for this auction, the buyer ("Bidder") acknowledges that he/she agrees with all terms and conditions posted for this auction including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions as well Cardinal Selling Services Terms and Conditions. Bidder's registration also affirms that: (1) the personal information Bidder provides is accurate, (2) Bidder is at least 18 years of age or older and is legally capable of entering into a legal contract, (3) the credit card information Bidder provides is accurate and current, and (4) Bidder will pay for any lot(s) Bidder wins in the auction within 2 days of auction ending. * Bidder agrees not to dispute or chargeback any purchase made on a credit card or through other payments services or stop payment on any check or wire transfer. Bidder agrees to pay reasonable collection fees and triple original payment if such a dispute, charge back or other method of attempting a halting of payment is initiated by the bidder. * Cardinal does not accept personal checks. Money orders, PayPal, wire transfer, Visa and MasterCard may be accepted depending on the terms. Bidder will receive an invoice for all lots Bidder wins within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Unless Bidder has made other arrangements prior to the start of the auction, we will charge the credit card on file for bidder's invoice amount no later than 24 hours after invoices are emailed. Please note that unless Bidder is an established customer, credit card purchases will be limited to $2,500. For purchases in excess of $2,500, we will contact Bidder for payment via money order, cashier's check, or wire transfer. * Full payment is required prior to delivery of any lot to Bidder or Buyer taking possession of a lot. If a credit card is declined, it will be processed again as early as the next day. If the credit card is again declined, Bidder will be given three days (72 hours) to make payment arrangements or will be considered in default and the lot(s) Bidder won will be subject to being resold. Payment for all lots must be received by us no later than 7 days following the auction, or the lot(s) are subject to resale to backup bidders. We shall not be liable to Bidder for any damages caused to Bidder for failure to pay for Bidder's lot(s) within the required time. Any deficiency, together with all expenses and costs of resale, will be the responsibility of the defaulting Bidder. In no event shall the amount owed by the defaulting Bidder be less than the Buyer's Premium printed on the Bidder's original invoice. * This auction will be conducted online only through HiBid. * Bidders may contact Cardinal Selling Services for detailed descriptions or personal opinions of individual lots. However, these are only opinions and not warranties or guarantees. Bidder should always inspect lots at times offered for such inspections to make their own determination of quality and value. * All HiBid bidders must be pre-approved before they can bid. In most cases, the approval process is automatic.
On occasion, manual approval is required, and such approvals will be handled as quickly as possible. It is possible that requests just prior to or during the live auction may not receive timely attention. If your registration is declined, please contact HiBid for the reason. * All lots are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" with no warranties, express or implied. All sales are final with no returns except for reason of authenticity (proof of non-authenticity by a recognized authentication service is required) or gross description error. There are no returns for disagreements regarding grade or quality of an item. Before a claim for a return for reason of authenticity or gross description error will be reviewed, the Bidder must contact Cardinal within 30 days of the end of the auction. No returns may be made if notice has not been given to Cardinal within that timeframe and agreed upon in writing by Cardinal. All costs related to third party authentication shall be borne by the Bidder. Upon request, Cardinal will reimburse the Bidder (up to $25) for authentication in the event that the lot is determined to not be authentic.
There shall be no reim. `xced to be authentic. * Cardinal intends to only photograph the lot being put up for auction but may in some instances have other items or lots in the frame of the photograph. Read description to determine contents of the lot up for bid. Cardinal's determination on the contents of the lot is final. If there are any questions regarding what part of a lot is, the buyer shall contact Cardinal prior to bidding. Cardinal's determination of what is in a lot is final. * Cardinal exercises care to describe lot(s) accurately and thoroughly, and that detailed photos are provided to assist our bidders. While the Cardinal employee takes significant effort to provide clear and accurate photographs as well as an opinion of grade and description, Cardinal DOES NOT guarantee the grade or condition of any item. Cardinal is no expert in identification of all varieties and types of merchandise will not be responsible for any misidentified or incorrectly described lots. Cardinal strongly encourages interested bidders to view lots and/or ask questions about any lot(s) of interest prior to the auction. If Bidder has any questions about any lot, please contact Cardinal by email at css@cardinalss01.com. * Shipping. If applicable, Bidder is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance. Cardinal typically uses the U.S. Postal Service or FedEX shipping using estimated shipping and insurance costs on invoices sent out after the auction. If Bidder has questions about shipping options or costs, please contact Cardinal Selling Services. Bidder agrees no negative review(s) will be given based on cost of shipping. * Cardinal may at their sole discretion agree to ship a lot or lots from an otherwise advertised "no shipping" auction. In addition to payment of all shipping and packaging costs, Cardinal may add a minimum $20 per lot handling charge for time and transportation. Bidder should contact Cardinal prior to bidding with any shipping questions for any lot(s). Cardinal does not agree to ship any purchased lot(s) advertised with "no shipping" unless agreed upon in advance and will retain payment if the lot is not picked up at advertised time(s). * If the winning bidder is unable to pick up an item at the specified pick-up time(s), they must make alternative arrangements with Cardinal immediately and authorize a charge of $20.00 plus$5.00 per lot that is required to be moved. We run a busy outlet store, pickups timely and with your help supplied is appreciated. Alternate arrangements are available at the sole discretion and schedule of Cardinal. If a lot is not picked up within 5 business days of the last advertised pickup day the lot becomes the property of Cardinal and may be disposed of or sold at the discretion of Cardinal. * Cardinal shall be neither financially nor legally responsible for any problems Bidder may experience with any electronic equipment or online software that may constrain or prohibit online bidding. In the event that Bidder experiences problems with online bidding, Cardinal asks that Bidder please contact HiBid. * Sellers /Consignors are prohibited from bidding on their own lots. Cardinal may not be able to identify information including but not limited to a) that an item has or has not been cleaned, mishandled, damaged, repaired, tooled, etc.; b) that any item is authentic, of a certain quality or grade or will achieve a certain grade by any third-party grader; or, c) that any item has a particular provenance. Bidder agrees to the following: a) that grading is subjective; b) that an item's grade has a material effect on value; c) that others may differ with the grading opinions or interpretations of third-party graders, Cardinal, or others; and d) that such difference of opinion is not grounds for return, refund, exchange, or price adjustment. Cardinal may announce and/or present the grade and/or description of a third-party grading service and/or provide its own description and/or opinion of grade without any warranty or guarantee whatsoever.
