Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase the lot/lots you bid on. DO NOT bid if you DO NOT intend to purchase the item/items.

We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw but try to list any large visible defects. Dimensions listed may be approximate.
All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
We do not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICES: Payments are processed by “Global Pay”.
Once the auction has closed and payments are received, you will receive an email with your invoice.
Invoices will include the total of your purchase. Invoices/settlements are sent from

You should receive your invoice within 24 hours of the close of the auction (once payments are processed), If you do not receive your invoice or have any questions, please give us a call,
Invoices will provide you with total charged to your credit card.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
PICK-UP: Pick-up information is in lot #2 for each auction you are bidding on. The information will give the date, times and the major cross streets for pick up. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THIS TIMEFRAME. Arrangements made to pick up items outside of the stated pickup times will be subject to a convenience fee starting at $50.
YOU MUST schedule for pickup through “Sign up Genius. Once you have signed up for your time slot you will receive the exact pick -up address.
On pick-up day please bring your own tools, boxes and wrapping paper. You may want to bring someone to assist you with large/heavy items. We do have staff on site that can assist you for a loading fee.
SHIPPING: Items are taken to the shipper within 48 hours after the scheduled pick-up day. The shipper will collaborate with you to get your items to you in the safest and least expensive way possible. You will receive a call from them with the cost of shipping and when the item will ship.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS.
ALL SHIPPED ITEMS OVER $500 WILL BE HELD FOR 21 DAYS TO ALLOW FOR CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PAID FOR PRIOR TO PICK UP/SHIPPPING WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. Items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges may be revoked. Unclaimed Items will be donated or resold.
Some items may have a reserve amount and a minimum bid amount. Reserve status may not be displayed.
All purchases are subject to sales tax and a 18% Buyer’s Premium. The buyer’s premium allows the auctioneer
to cover the costs of conducting the auction.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO PICKUP/SHIPPING.
