By registering for this auction, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first-time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction enthusiast should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 12% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process, email will include a link to make payment, or payment can be made in person. Your invoice will come from: noreply@mail.hibid.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. NO SHIPPING We have 3 designated days for pickups for each auction. Tuesday after auction day from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Wednesday after auction day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thursday after auction day from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM. Lots that are not paid for by the end of the pickup period will be considered forfeit and you will be banned from bidding on auctions hosted by ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC. We are closed on Sunday. Under no circumstance will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots if you do not contact us on or before the listed pickup time. In registering for this auction, you agree to not file a chargeback on forfeit goods. It is the bidder’s responsibility to pick up their won lots within the designated pickup period listed above. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate customers who make arrangements ahead of time for pickup outside of the designated time slots. ***(A Copy of the Bidders/Purchaser ID/DL is required for invoices $500 and up upon pick up)*** ***(If items are being picked up by someone other than the registered bidder, both persons ID/DL will be required upon pick up)*** Late pick-ups will be allowed with proper communication All merchandise not removed by the Saturday following the auction at 2:00PM will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC, and no refund will be given. ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside the auction house to your vehicle only. Due to insurance policies, ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. Additionally, ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC is not responsible for any damage to items after they have left our premises. Customers are welcome to inspect their won lots prior to removal to point out any discrepancies for specific lot listings. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected, and we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Please be advised that photos used in our lots include some of our own photos taken as descriptors for products as well as stock photos from manufacturers. Please read all descriptions as photos representing multiple styles or amounts of a product do not always reflect what the lot entails. Returns and Refunds: At ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace it when able or refund, when necessary, once the item has been returned back to the location of purchase. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation, except for shipped items. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Email/Text: Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close within one hour and that you are a winner. ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC emails are few and far between. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC maintains its own text and email list. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. HiBid emails are not controlled by ADGEE Liquidation Sales and Services, LLC. If you would like to no longer receive emails from HiBid you may adjust your notification and communications in your HiBid account.
