Description |
1984 Sea Ray Sundancer SRV270 boat, with twin Mercury 5.7L engines.
*Boat has a new transferable registration, NYS DMV will be sending a transferable registration soon*
We will not collect sales tax on the boat, buyer will pay that at DMV upon registering.
Boat must be removed by 12/12/2
I have not attempted to start the engines, as I do not know if they are hooked up in their entirety either mechanically or electrically.
NO trailer! I can put buyer in contact with someone who can move boat for an additional cost.
I strongly encourage interested parties to come out and inspect the boat for themselves on preview day. If you cannot make it on that day and time, get ahold of me and we can work something out.
This was a project boat that was stored inside until a year ago. The story I'm told (I'm unsure of the legitimacy of this story) by people that knew the previous owner is that this was a salvage boat from Hurricane Katrina, it was purchased in Florida and brought up here, where the previous owner has slowly been working on restoring it for the past 19 years. I was told that both engines and outdrives have been completely rebuilt, but I did not find any documentation of that.
Interior of boat needs some work. Anything that I found in the garage that possibly could go with this boat will be included; there's a few boxes of parts, extra fabric, canopies, trim, etc.
