If you are sill not sure give us a shout. We pack all items in-house. We combine items whenever possible to cut down on costs. We use the USPS, UPS, or Fed-ex as shippers. If one of these companies breaks, destroys, or misplaces your item it becomes your responsibility to determine your next course of action with the shipper.
