Terms and Conditions of Auction
**Bidding**
All bids are placed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Bidders are responsible for monitoring the auction’s progress and placing their bids in a timely manner.
Bids cannot be retracted once submitted.
**Payment**
Payment is due immediately upon the close of the auction.
A 12% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price.
Applicable taxes will be applied to the final price.
**Invoices**
All invoices will be sent after the auction is completed.
You will receive two separate emails: one for the invoice and one for the pick-up schedule.
**Pick-Up**
Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario
Pick-Up Time: 10 AM to 7 PM
Pick-up appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 2 hours’ notice will not be entertained.
All items must be picked up within 7 days from the date the auction closes.
If you do not notify us of any delays in picking up your items, or if items are not picked up within the 7-day period, the items will be deemed as a "no show" and will be discarded.
No refund will be provided for items deemed as a "no show."
**Item Descriptions and Returns**
All items are "Like New"- It comes with all the essential components and hardware needed for assembly, though it might be missing a few screws, dowels, nuts or similar hardware. It will have all furniture components including hinges if required. Furniture would have its strength and functionality even without the hardware missing.
Furniture sometimes can contain manufacturing defects, minor scratches, dents or marks.
Each item has a comment section that provides a description of its condition. If an item is not as described in the comment section, it may be returned.
To request a return, you must notify us within 72 hours of pick-up.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
