By registering for this auction, the Bidder agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the Bidder’s removal from the auction and future auctions. Registration and Bid Card ID: Bidder must register and receive a Bid Card ID in order to participate in the auction. Bidders with negative scores or unpaid auction items from previous auctions will be removed. Payment Terms: The total amount due will be the final 'hammer' price plus a 10% buyer's premium. The buyer has 7 days after the live auction to pay for and pick up their items. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the winning bid and possible removal from future auctions. Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances. Items are sold in "AS-IS" condition, and the auction company makes no representation regarding the condition of the items.
