Bids on the HiBid platform will be executed on your behalf . The buyers premium charge (10%) for the auction will benefit the FMCA.
Your bid is a binding contract and the bidder will be solely responsible for completing all payments to FMCA for won items and shipping/insurance.
All Sales Are Final, No Exceptions.
Invoices will be emailed within 10 days of completion of the Auction.
Payment by Check, Money Order, Bank Check and Credit and Debit Cards (will include a 4.0% processing fee, NOT included in the buyers premium).
If you are the successful Absentee Bidder and want to pay for your lots with Check, Money Order, or Bank Check, email Bill Pope at bbpope@pacbell.net and advise him within 48 hours after you receive notification of your wins or your card on file will be charged for your wins. A second invoice will then be generated for the shipping cost. If paying by check, please mail please send your payment to Bill Pope, 2500 6th Avenue, Unit 805, San Diego, CA 92103. Make checks payable to: Fire Mark Circle of the Americas or FMCA.
If you are the successful Absentee Bidder and your payment is not received within 5 days of the auction end, your Credit Card on file will automatically be charged for your wins, including the buyer’s premium and 4.0% credit card fee.
