1. Any blemishes on an item we try to show in pictures or note in the description. All items are sold as is. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 2. An invoice will be sent out at the closing of the auction. Items must be paid for before pick up. If your payment is not processed we do accept cash in exact change only. A 3% processing fee will be added for cards. 3. Items must be picked up on designated pick up days. If you can't make the assigned pick up day please reach out to us to make other arrangements (items will only be held for 5-7 business days). 4. If items are not picked up at the designated pick up time and you have not made prior arrangements with Wootton Auction Services LLC you have 24 hours before items are considered abandoned and there will not be a refund. 5. PLEASE BRING HELP! We will not be able to help you move or load your items. If purchasing large items bring a dolly and proper tools! 6. Shipping will be offered on select items. Buyers pay exact shipping cost with a $10 handling fee. PLEASE CHECK THAT THE ITEM YOU ARE BIDDING ON IS SHIPPABLE IF YOU NEED SHIPPING. 7. If you fail to pay your invoice within the allotted time you will no longer be able to participate in any of Wootton Auction Services LLC future sales. 8. Wootton Auction Services LLC has many years of shipping items correctly and safely, however accidents do happen on rare occasion. We insure all items that we ship through UPS or USPS. If an item is damaged during shipping Wootton Auction Services LLC will not be held responsible for refunds, you will need to file an insurance claim.
