Real estate taxes for 2024 will be prorated at closing with possession upon delivery of general warranty deed. Failure to execute purchase contract and return with 10% down payment will be considered in default. Personal Property: 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to your final bid price to establish the purchase price and a 6% Sales Tax will be added to this UNLESS you have a resale or other tax exempt certification.
