1. This online-only Auctions will begin to close at 6:00pm on Sunday September 11th, lots will be closing every 2 Minutes. Soft close will be applied to this auction, any bids made within the last 1 minute of closing will reset the bid clock by an additional 5 minutes after the last bid is placed.

4. Property damage caused by the buyer will be at the buyers expense

7. After Closing, invoices will be sent via email, payment is due at the time and date of pickup, no credit cards, cash or good check only.

11. All Sales are final, All items are sold "As-is, Where is" with all faults and no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold. Once an item is called Sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all risk of loss or damage passes to them
12. All pickups will be arranged to a set time at close due to a very narrow driveway and location.
13. S.D. Karns Auction Service, Spenser D. Karns, are NOT responsible for any accidents.
14. If you need help, bring help, there will be no support staff here to assist.
15. Abandoned items not paid in full, not picked up at the designated date and time on 09/11/24 will be considered abandoned and may be offered for sale at a later auction or subject to other disposition. Such abandonment does not, however relieve the buyer or the buyers obligation to make payment in full, payments are nonrefundable, and ALL buyers will remain responsible for the full purchase price, when the lot is struck off.
